My Facebook account is locked?

i tried to log in with the facebook iphone app,and it thought it was someone else.it asked me a security question for identity check and i didn't know the answer.i entered some wrong answers for a couple of times and now it says ''no verification methods currently available,come back later''.plz help it's makin me crazy.
