5 speed tranny is makin a small grindin noise if i ride the clutch at all taking off. any ideas?

Its not so bad of a grind as like missing a gear but kinda like soft grinding sound idk its hard to explain. Clutch isn't slipping or anything tho maybe my pressure plate?
