How can i get acne spots off my face?? help! read details?

i really need help everytime i get a zit i get a spot and face its becoming disgusting their not coming off and my face is getting more acne and more spots im at a breaking point now and i even started tearing up like its makin me not wanna go outside or anythn i need help!!
