How do I make friends?20 years old?

I used to do drugs so all of my friends did drugs.... About 10 months ago i started dating a guy who did drugs but after seeing how they affected our relationship and myself, I quit! Because of that i lost all my 'friends'. I have now been sober for 4 months and I don't ever plan on living my life in that manner again... I'm am 20 I'm not in school and I do not have a job... How would I go about makin friends with people? I'm very shy?? I want friends that dont do drugs but won't jugde me because I have.... how would I go about doing this??
