How to make someone lose their voice?

How do i make someone lose their voice without realizing? my sister Non-Stop talks and it makes my stress level go over the highest level :/ how to i like get her to lose her voice without makin her sick like strep or screaming or anything? and if your gonna be likee "why would you wanna do that?" and be all stupid like that then dont answer... i want a legitamiate answer.. not judgement for stupid people. help me pleasee??
