If two females are talking about me in Pig Latin and snickering and giggling, are they flirting or makin fun?

pig latin is easy. It's a lazy person's way of learning a foreign language. I prefer French myself, but whatever. All you do is say the word without the first letter then put the first letter at the end followed by a long a sound. Example: cat= atcay dog=ogday forty=ortyfay etc.
