Stop texting and start talking and meeting up :/ You can't know whether a person likes you or does'nt unless you meet them face to face. When you talk to a person online or on phone through texts and even in voice conversations it is ALWAYS DIFFERENT from what they are like in person. The way they talk, express there views, show care. Its all different in the real world. You need to know him more before giving your friendship the title of "relationship".
