Housing Association Regulations?

Sue them, They need to learn to do there job properly...we are having near enough the same promble, I have a wall that keeps breaking up in my back garden and i mean them massive grey breeze blocks my daughter climbed down the steps and one fell off and landed on my daughter! They still havnt come out to do it and this was weeks ago. But deffinately ring them up and tell them your going to sue them, Have you rang them and told them whats happend to your girlfriend?
