it sounds like she likes you anyway so i wouldnt worry about changing anything for her!! she is probably just happy that her son has found someone that makes him as happy as you do. so i really wouldnt worry about trying to impress her anymore than you already have as you seem to have done a good job as you are being invited on holiday etc :) dont worry about it! try your best not to be too paranoid just carry on doing as you are :)
