Best Friend Problem..?????:(?

Im loosing my best friend all because were being driven apart. she started getting new friends and the more new friends she has the closer she gets to them.I used to be the only person she'd sleepova at but 2day shes sleepin ova shes her friends jaeyahs house. She 9 n shes in 5th grade (well she will be cuz school ended and all it counts as u r in a new grade) n im 10 n im in 6th grade. She keeps saying im annoying n i do realize that sometimes. I am not really good at makin u new friends and everyone at my school hates me. PLZZ HELP HOW DO I MAKE HER BE MY BFF AGAIN????
