Any wine coolers, mikes hard lemonade, smirnoff ice, etc. Or you can try alcoholic energy drinks, but not everyone likes them. Some examples of those are Four Loko, Tilt, or Sparx. You can always buy vodka and mix it with orange juice for a screwdriver, that's an easy mixed drink for parties that you can carry around in a bottle.
